Beth L. Murphy

Meet the founders

Beth L. Murphy partners with her husband John as Vice President of Rock House Way to advance the biblically based counseling services of The Rock House Center and facilitate their Transformational Programs in businesses, ministries and the lives of individuals seeking greater quality of life. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing the Rock House Center’s healing strategies since 2006.

Her prior business career in Nashville includes senior level management with full P&L responsibility, managing revenue and profit growth in turnaround situations to increase company valuation and stockholder equity. Much of that experience was in radio at WSIX/WRVW with SFX and GE Broadcasting, at Cromwell Radio and most recently in custom publishing print and online revenues for Journal Communications. She and John partnered in marriage and freedom prayer ministries, and with her dad, Malcolm Lewis at the Nashville Rescue Mission men’s residence program. Her career seasons have included full time business and full time stay-at-home mom, interspersed with home-schooling during their college-aged sons' early years.

Beth's background in business and lay ministry culminates with this opportunity through Rock House Way and The Rock House Center to advance God's call for all Christians to be transformed into His image by developing more of the heart of Christ; to release God's people from constraints and activate the power of God in their lives. The message of Be Transformed, New Life Awaits captures the biblical principles behind John and Beth's thirty years of personal transformation. These principles are the empowering framework for Rock House Way’s programs that facilitate the sustained life change inherent in the gospel message of Christ.
